THCA enters the Texas consumable hemp threshold as arithmetic — total delta-9 THC is delta-9 plus 0.877 times THCA, verified against the adopted rules. It also sits near a July 31 scheduling action whose scope our review has not confirmed. Those are two different questions and they have two different answers.

Does a Texas COA Need a QR Code?
Yes — a QR code verifying authenticity of testing at an accredited laboratory is one of the twelve fields 25 TAC §300.301(d) requires on a certificate of analysis. The "URL is enough" advice circulating is about labels, which is a different rule.
