Who we're looking for in the Charter cohort
Charter Vendors tend to be:

- ✓Retailers who have already been through a DSHS inspection, or expect one
- ✓Operators who want their compliance records in order before an inspector walks in
- ✓Operators willing to give honest feedback monthly in exchange for lifetime Charter pricing
We don't accept:
- ✕Retailers outside Texas — Charter Vendor enrolment is open where HempDash operates today, and additional jurisdictions open as they complete certification
- ✕Operators who want the discount but not the feedback commitment. Charter pricing is the consideration for being a design partner
Questions Charter applicants ask
- What do I actually owe each month as a Charter Vendor?
- Honest feedback, on a monthly founder call. You use HempDash for your real compliance work and tell Jonathan what is working and what is not. That is the whole exchange — there is no content requirement, no case study you have to sit for, and no referral quota.
- What happens to my price after Year 1?
- It goes to 25% off list, and stays there for every renewal — not just the second year. Year 1 is 50% off. The Charter rate is tied to your account, so it survives list-price changes.
- Do I have to replace my POS or the systems I already run?
- No. HempDash is compliance software, not a point-of-sale system — it does not sit between you and your register.
- My records are a mess right now. Is that a problem?
- That is the normal starting point, and it is most of the reason the onboarding call exists. We go through what you already keep, in whatever shape it is in, and get it into one place. You do not need to tidy up before you apply.
- Is HempDash giving me legal or compliance advice?
- No. HempDash is not a law firm, a testing lab, or a regulator. It does not test products, issue certificates, or make regulatory determinations, and using it does not determine any inspection, licensing, or enforcement outcome. Compliance obligations remain yours.
- What if I want out of the program?
- Term and cancellation are written into the Charter agreement you review before anything starts, and Jonathan walks you through it on the onboarding call. Nothing is signed on the application.
