Why we do this one jurisdiction at a time
A jurisdiction is not a checkbox. Going live somewhere means someone has read that jurisdiction's rules, decided what they require of an operator, and taken a position on the parts that are contested or unsettled. Shipping a state before that work is done would hand operators confident answers built on nothing.
So jurisdictions open in sequence, and this page says plainly which ones have finished that work. If a state you need is not live yet, that is worth knowing before you buy, not after.
